Visa Bulletin Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preferences Cases (June 2025)
Visa Bulletin Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preferences Cases (June 2025)

The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2025 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Dates for Filing chart for Family-Sponsored and the Final Action Dates chart for Employment-Based AOS filings.

In the June 2025 Visa Bulletin, EB-2 for all chargeability areas except China and India advanced, showing modest progress, while India EB-2 and EB-3 remained stuck, reflecting ongoing severe backlogs. China EB-3 saw notable forward movement, signaling some relief for applicants in that category. The Other Workers category remained mostly stagnant, with continued long delays for India and China. EB-1 remains current for most countries, but China and India continue to be retrogressed. EB-5 Set-Asides (Rural, High Unemployment, and Infrastructure) continue to be current across all countries, while the Unreserved EB-5 category stays backlogged for China and India. EB-4 remains completely unavailable across all regions. Check the visa bulletin at: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-june-2025.html.

Reminder: A date being listed means the category is backlogged. "C" means Current — visas are available now. "U" means Unauthorized — no visas available for June.

If your priority date is before the listed Final Action Date, your green card can move forward this month.
